Injured Ankle, Ram Island, ME

Soaking my ankle after a painful fall on some wet rocks. The initial pain was substantially eased by blacking out. Once I came to, I numbed it with cold seawater. Sitting in the kayak later in the morning was a little painful! Unsurprisingly, much of my leg hurt for the next couple of weeks.
