Bushwhacking in the Sawtooths
Bushwhacking in the Sawtooths. I spent most of a day off trail going over some pretty rough terrain. The route was awsome and I was glad to make it back in good shape. The risks were not that great, but I am never that keen of doing any full pack downclimbing off-trail, alone, and where there was a great risk of being cliffed out. Of course I could have retraced my route, but I was glad that I did not need too. On this narrow saddle I paused for some lunch before heading down. I think I was around 9000+ feet here.
