Sign of the Gringo?

Actually, both the gringos and the Bolivians are pretty foul when it comes to bathroom ettiquite. Alongside popular walking routes it is pretty common to see little white 'trail markers' like this one. This turdle dove is on the Isla del Sol - which is rather ironic. Apparently among the Bolivians who are educated enough to comprehend English jokes, the view is that when it comes to lake Titicaca (which straddles the Peru - Bolivian border), Bolivia got the Titi, while Peru got the caca. That joke of course completely encapsulates the South American mentality of the grass is way brown over there.
