Shoe Shine Boys in La Paz, Bolivia

Shoe shine kids (and occasional adults) at work. These kids spend tons of time on the street and almost always wear an improvised balaclava to ward off the cold. Given the tenacity of these kids, lots of tourists have well shined shoes.
