Traffic lights Bolivian style.
Traffic lights Bolivian style. The Bolivians often employ sophisticated neural network traffic light controllers - however they are organic and in the form of a policeman toggling a switch. Last time I was here, one of the lights was being controlled manually by moving a wire to different screws on on a board. When contact was made, the lights would change. Perhaps this helps to explain why it is estimated that half the Bolivian GNP comes from cocaine.
