More Kumys, Kyrgyzstan 2003

While climbing a petering out road through a grassy path, I came upon this family who invited my for the usual Kumys. Unlike everyone else, they started to demand compensation after I drank up. Sensing a ripoff, I played dumb and peddled on. The fermented curlding milk in my stomach made me wonder why anyone would pay for that experience.
