Guest Yurt, Kyrgyzstan 2003

Home for two nights. It was a great place to sleep, eat, and recoup. This was a guest yurt, a step up from most family yurts.

On the table is homemade bread, butter, and lots of green tea. The butter was quite light, or rather really, really heavy cream.

Pasteurisation? Bah, that's for wimps (thankfully 10 months on and still no TB!)
